Arrival

 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time. This allows you time to change into a robe and start unwinding in our relax room before your treatment. Late arrival will steal precious time from your treatment. If you would like to relax even more, at time of booking please book some time in our Hydrotherapy room before or after your treatment. Please bring a bathing suit for all hydrotherapy treatments. 

Amenities

 We are pleased to offer our guests use of our waterfall shower after your treatment. We have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As well as hairspray and a blow dryer in the women's lounge. Lockers are provided to our guests to store your personal belongings. As your service provider will give you their best treatment when not working around jewelry, we recommend leaving rings, necklaces and earrings at home.

Booking

  A valid credit card is required upon booking to hold all appointments. If a credit card is not available, you can purchase a gift card to hold your appointments. To avoid no-show or late cancellation fees, please call us 24 hours in advance to cancel any appointments. Failure to do so will result in half of the service cost being charged to the card on file. When you book with Ambiance Spa, you accept the conditions of our cancellation policy. 

Communication

 If you have questions or concerns regarding your treatment, please communicate this to your service provider right away! We want to ensure you have the best possible treatment with us, and communication between client and provider is key! (Example: Too much or too little pressure during massage)

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a great gift for any one, for any occasion. We always have gift certificates available and they can be purchased as a dollar amount or for specific services. Gift certificates can also be purchased over the phone and via email. 

Retail

Our staff are very knowledgeable about the products they use during your treatment. From our house made body scrubs to our GM. Collin skincare, ask your provider how to extend your spa experience at home!

Returning Guests

To guarantee availability for your next appointment, please book with guest services before you leave. If calling to book an appointment, please allow minimum 2 weeks in advance for evening and weekend appointments, and 3-5 days in advance for weekday appointments. We also always have a cancellation list, so it never hurts to try for last minute bookings! To guarantee your appointment with your preferred service provider, please request them by name at time of booking.
