We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays and all Statutory Holidays.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain our high quality of service Ambiance Spa requires 24 hours notice of cancellation for individual appointments and for groups of 3 or more 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the total cost of your treatments.
Please note that by booking you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. Cancellations will not be accepted after hours on our voice mail.
Please check in 10-15 minutes early. This allows plenty of time to prepare for your appointment and gives you an opportunity to unwind with a beverage in our luxurious relax room.

Ambiance Spa's food and drink menu features locally sourced sandwiches and wraps as well as healthy mocktails and fresh juice. Order specialty drinks from our in-spa menu to accompany your treatment.
